Traffic rules continue to be flouted regularly in panaji, goa as the traffic police are unable to monitor violators. One of more common problems is how some adults are travelling on a scooter, with three young men or women seated on the scooter, which is designed for two adults
On 7 February 2018, three young women were spotted travelling on a yellow scooter L9858 near the Home science college in campal, panaji,goa at around 1.30 pm. A young woman wearing a red top and jeans was driving the scooter.
The scooter is not designed for carrying three people at a time.
